Goldenrod Ale
A golden cream ale- usually our lightest offering. Minimally hopped, slightly fruity and very easy-drinking. 4.3% abv
Vienna Lager
A traditional Vienna style similar to Marzen/Oktoberfest, amber in color with a medium body, a smooth, malty flavor and a clean finish. 5.8% abv
All American IPA
Generally our hoppiest beer, brewed with 3 American West Coast hops: Columbus, Chinook, and Citra. It is also dry hopped with Citra. A complex and balanced IPA. 67 ibu 6.9% abv
Oatmeal Stout
A rich dark beer, full of roasted, chocolate and coffee flavors, but less bitter than most stouts. 6.6% abv
Sleeping Lion Red Ale
A hoppy, full flavored red ale. We add a double dose of Cascade Hops at the beginning and end of the brewing process. We also employ a technique called “Mash Hopping” where we add fresh, whole-leaf Cascades (from The Farmers’ Museum) to the barley mash. 5.4% abv
